Challenge:
Across the asset-management world, every fund must juggle mountains of documentation—PPMs, LPAs, board minutes, trial balances, AML/KYC packs, side letters, regulatory filings, term sheets, and more. Hunting for a single clause, reconciling figures, or composing an investor reply can take hours and involve multiple departments, slowing deal cycles and exposing firms to compliance risk. This bottleneck is an endemic industry problem, not unique to Nexus AIMS.
Solution:
Cracking Tech partnered with Nexus AIMS to build NexusGenie, a white-label, AI-powered digital-agent platform that Nexus AIMS now offers to asset- and fund-management companies. Firms simply upload their document sets into secure, role-based workspaces; NexusGenie ingests the files, creates vector embeddings, and enables plain-language Q&A through large-context LLMs. Custom “personas” (e.g., Business Development Director, Compliance Officer, Client Service Manager) ensure the same knowledge base speaks with the right tone for each audience, while an Outlook plug-in drafts or auto-replies to emails using up to 20 prior threads of context.
